My name is Kimberley. I graduated with my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Canberra and have 10 years of clinical experience in private practice, medical clinics, community centers and hospitals.

I am passionate about helping my clients build a better relationship with food and with their bodies. I focus on building healthy and sustainable behaviours which can be integrated easily into your current lifestyle. Most of all, I am passionate about finding the right balance and living life to the full!

My approach is Non-Diet and Trauma Informed (aligned with HAES –Health at Every Size). I am on the road to continuous learning and have completed additional trainings in the area of Eating Disorders, Body Image Healing and Mental Health First Aid.

As a Dietitian with a background in Yoga. I hold a holistic approach to health, looking at both the physical and mental health aspects while still providing evidenced based care.
